MeetEdge

Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

MeetEdge is provided by Meet Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 55 661 495 450) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the MeetEdge apps and website, why we collect it, who can see it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Children

Many swimmers are under 18. A junior's account is created and managed by a parent or guardian, who controls who can follow the swimmer and who can record or watch their videos. We only use a junior's information to run meets and to show it to their family and the supporters their parent or guardian has approved.

How we use it

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Where it's stored

MeetEdge's data is stored with Google Cloud / Firebase, including in data centres in the United States. Our service providers are required to protect it. By using MeetEdge you agree to your information being stored and processed overseas in this way.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. Videos are kept in line with your family's plan; we'll tell you before any video is removed. Meet results remain part of the meet records kept for the club. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information and videos, except where we must keep records by law (for example payment records).

Access, correction and deletion

You can see and update your details in the app under Account → My details. Names, dates of birth and gender are corrected through a request the club reviews. To get a copy of your information, have it corrected, or delete your account, email support@meetedge.com.au.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited by account and role, and payment card details never pass through our systems.

Questions and complaints

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change, and tell you in the app about significant changes.
