Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the MeetEdge apps and website, provided by Meet Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 55 661 495 450). By using MeetEdge you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and the information in your account accurate. A parent or guardian is responsible for a junior's account and for the people they allow to follow or record that swimmer.

Using MeetEdge fairly

• Only record swimmers you are allowed to record — your own swimmers, or those whose family has approved you.
• Don't try to copy, download or share other families' videos or information, or to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Follow the rules of the pool, club and meet you are at, including any rules about filming.

We may suspend accounts that are used to harass others or to break these terms.

Paid features

Meet access, subscriptions and fan fees are paid on the web through Stripe. The price and what's included are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn automatic renewal off in the app; you can do that at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are given as described at the time of purchase and whenever the Australian Consumer Law requires.

Meet results

Results are provided by the clubs and officials running each meet. The official results of a meet are those published by its organisers.

Changes and availability

We're continually improving MeetEdge and may change features. We'll give notice in the app of changes that affect paid features. We aim to keep the service available during meets but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted.
